The New Grain Corridor Group and the Alabuga Special Economic Zone have agreed on a partnership in the field of logistics

This will be possible due to the synergistic effect of synchronizing the activities of NLGC Group's land grain hub and the Deng Xiaoping Logistics Complex. The parties signed the relevant document at the XV International Economic Forum "Russia - Islamic World: KazanForum" which is taking place in Kazan.

Another step in the development of the Grain+ logistics model will be the establishment by the NLGC Group of Companies of a land grain hub with a capacity of 8 million tons annually, located in close proximity to the largest international logistics complex named after Deng Xiaoping. This is intended to decrease empty mileage and increase the effective freight turnover of railways through the mechanism of containerization of bulk cargo and 100% loading of vehicles on both sides. The synchronized operation of the NLGC Group's grain hub and the Deng Xiaoping logistics complex will be achieved through the use of the "land grain fleet" - a fleet of specialized grain containers of the NLGC Group, which will ensure the export of grain cargoes from the capacities of the land grain hub and import supplies of return cargoes (automotive components, consumer goods, and other in-demand goods) from friendly countries with their delivery to the Deng Xiaoping Logistics Complex.

The operation of the land grain hub in technological conjunction and partnership with the largest logistics complex in the Republic of Tatarstan will create conditions for increasing trade turnover with friendly countries due to consistent year-round supplies, giving the Republic's economic sector a competitive advantage.
