Vladimir Putin assigned to elaborate an agreement on increasing grain exports to China

Russian President Vladimir Putin assigned to elaborate an agreement that would increase grain production in the Urals, the Far East and Siberia, as well as increase its exports to China. The assignment was included in the instruction list published on the Kremlin's website on Wednesday.

"Consider the conclusion of an intergovernmental agreement between Russia and the PRC on the New Land Grain Corridor Russia - China project with aim to increase grain production in the Far Eastern, Ural and Siberian Federal Districts, as well as its export volumes to the market of the People's Republic of China," as one of the points stated.

This task was assigned to the Russian Federation Government.
